Western Union has established a special, no-transfer fee service for U.S. consumers who wish to donate up to $5,000 over the next 30 days to the Western Union Foundation in support of disaster relief efforts in Pakistan. Visit a participating Western Union Agent location in the U.S. and complete the following steps:
Complete a blue QC form with donation amount
Enter 'Western Union Foundation' in the Pay To field
Enter 'WUFOUNDATIONDENVER' in the Cody City field
Enter the word 'donation' in the account number field
Enter 'CO' in the State field
How Western Union is helping:
The Western Union Foundation has teamed up with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to provide relief to flood victims in Pakistan.
Through Our World, Our Family®, the Western Union Foundation will contribute $100,000 towards disaster relief efforts to help provide basic human relief efforts such as safe drinking water, access to sanitation facilities, clothing and temporary shelter through International Rescue Committee (IRC) response teams actively working in Pakistan.
The Western Union Foundation will match donations made by Western Union Agents on a one-for-one basis.
