Distribution of food and medical relief camp at Goth Bachal Kaloo

Saharo Foundation and READ Continues to serve
Flood Affected people of Sindh



Saharo Foundation and READ organize distribution of food and medical relief camp at Goth Bachal Kaloo District Tando Mohammad Khan,Saharo and READ Volunteers selected the area where no donor supported. People were much needy and suffered by the heavy rain. They have got many losses like Livestock,their homes and also losses of human lives as well.



Food Distribution



Saharo and Read selected farmers and poor people for short relief for food distribution, 100 ration bags were distributed in well deserving beneficiaries of Goth Bachal Kaloo, District Tando Mohammad Khan.

Each Ration Bag Consists of,

10 kg Atta(wheat flour)
5 kg Rice
1kg Cooking oil
1 kg Sugar
1 kg Pulse(Daal Chana)
250 grams of Tea Packet
200 gram red chilies
1 Milk packet 250ml
2 Bath Soap
2 Detergent soap




Medical Camp;



Medical Camp started around 11:00 am where our Volunteer Doctor Irfan Qazi with help of two medical Assistance treated more than 250 people including women and children with flood related disease, All patients received free medicines provided by Saharo Foundation, most of the patients were suffering from abdominal pain like diarrhea, skin diseases where most of the women were suffering from malnutrition and they were given multivitamin.



After a successful and hard work all team members and Mr Irfan Ahmed Jumani Chairman READ thankful to all volunteers and also very much thankful to Saharo Foundation USA that always supporting to poor and affected people of Sindh.
