SANA Washington,DC chapter held a gathering on 24th June 06 at a local restaurant inhonor of Mrs. Dr: Safdar Sarki. Several families including WSI's Munawar Laghari attended Gathering to show the support and demanded immediate release of Dr: Safdar Sarki, who hasbeen missing in Pakistan. Gathering was informal and started at 12 pm. several issues were discussed but main focus was the strategy and it's implementation for the release of Dr: Sarki.
Chapter informed Mrs Sarki about their efforts in his release. Adi Paaris Sarki, who was accompanied by her two sons was very upset. she described her tough situation and efforts for release of Dr: Sarki. Pak Government has surprisedher by giving her in written that Dr: Safdar was not arrested by them. Mrs. Dr Safdar Sarki appealed all Sindhis, to please call or write your Representatives and demand immediate realese of that Sindhi leader. She th
