Saharo's Focus


Saharo Foundation is actively engaged in Flood Relief Activities within Pakistan with focus on Sindh area where thousands of children and women are exposed to diseases, and are easy target of human smuggling. Saharo has over 200 volunteers on ground who are consistently sending complains about rap attempts, lack of food, no clean water, shortage of clothes, depression in women, diarrhea in children, and countless other issues flood victims are facing due to worst floods in Pakistan's history,
a disaster worst than Haitian earthquake.


Saharo in association with an American Doctor working on a project of Ceramic water filters, and long lasting "domes" http://www.naturalspacesdomes.com/. One dome is being tested in Mirpurkhas Sindh area, this model dome will be ready soon and will give us idea of cost.


Saharo Foundation is also working on creating jobs, we are sponsoring few trainees in Karachi, who will get bakery training and will start working after three months. Saharo is also working to empower rural women by providing them sewing/art training, and will establish their access to
International market. Volunteers are willing to ship items which will be made solely by these flood victims. This money will go to victims.


How can you help

Sponsor a DOME or a TRAINEE. Donate for Saharo's projects generously. Bring us ideas,
help us write Project Plan, do marketing for us, get involved,send email to your contacts.

One American Businessman has agreed to MATCH any donation which is committed on monthly
basis. For example if someone would pledge to DONATE any amount on monthly basis which
is vital for our projects, then this businessman will MATCH that amount every month. Please
